The Website introduces Procen and its products and technology for the information of healthcare institutions, businesses and professionals. Nothing on it is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and nothing on it is an offer or commitment of any kind.

Procen’s medical device products are registered as required by law. Their intended use, operating instructions and precautions are those set out in the registration certificates approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and in the product instructions. The products must be used by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with those instructions; AI analysis results are an aid to, not a substitute for, a clinician’s professional judgement.

Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, graphics, video, logos, trademarks, software code and page design on the Website belong to Procen or the relevant rights holders and are protected by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and applicable international treaties.

You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, use commercially or otherwise exploit that content without Procen’s written permission. Reasonable quotation for personal study or reference is permitted with attribution.

When using the Website you must not:

• interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or data;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy its content at scale;
• submit false information, spam or unlawful content through the enquiry form, or impersonate anyone;
• submit patient records, medical images or other patient personal information through the enquiry form;
• do anything else that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

We handle personal information you submit through the Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Website may link to third-party sites or services (such as map services) for your convenience. Procen is not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices; their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.

We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may update or change it at any time without notice. Statements about future plans or research directions are not commitments to bring any product or feature to market.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procen is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website, except for loss caused by Procen’s intent or gross negligence and any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with its effective date; continuing to use the Website after it takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for this purpose excluding the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these terms or the Website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people’s court at the domicile of Beijing Procen Intelligent Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

These terms are published in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
